•    Once a product is sold, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including opened or unused perfumes.
•    Please carefully review your selection before completing your purchase.
3.    Refunds
•    For eligible returns (defective or wrong items), we will arrange for a replacement 7 working days.
•    Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
